Empathy Nursing Agency is fully licensed by the State of Maryland, holding both Residential Service Agency (RSA) and Nurse Referral Service Agency (NRSA) licenses — RSA-02677 and NRSA-00044 — the dual licensure that permits both certified caregiver services and licensed nursing referral under one roof. We are bonded and insured, and every caregiver is Maryland-certified (CNA 1, CNA 2, or LPN), criminal background–checked, driving record–verified, insured, and bonded before ever meeting a client. Ongoing training includes fall prevention and pressure-ulcer prevention. Documentation available on request — including for professional referral partners' compliance files.
