Information we collect
When you submit a form on this website we collect the information you provide — such as your name, contact details, and a description of your care needs — solely to respond to your request. We also use standard analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to care requests, referrals, and applications; to communicate with you about services you have asked about; and to improve this website. We do not sell personal information.
Health information
This website is not a medical record system. Care documentation for clients is maintained separately within our HIPAA-compliant care platform and is governed by our client agreements and applicable law.

Cookies and your choices
We ask before we track. When you first arrive, nothing analytical is loaded until you choose — Google Analytics is not downloaded at all unless you allow it. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie preferences link in our footer.
What we use
- Strictly necessary
- Required for the site to function — navigation, form submission, security. These never identify you for advertising and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics (your choice)
- Google Analytics 4, so we can see which pages families find useful. IP addresses are anonymised. Declined by default until you accept.
- Marketing
- We do not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask you again before switching anything on.
Automatic browser signals
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal automatically. You will not be shown a banner and nothing analytical will load.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use tracking to infer health conditions. We do not share form submissions with advertisers. Information you give us through a care request, job application or referral is used to respond to you and to deliver care — nothing else.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to keziah@empathynursingagency.com or call (667) 391-8277 and we will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing cookie consent takes effect immediately — any analytics cookies already set are cleared from your browser at that moment.
How long choices last
Your cookie choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we ask again. It is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
