How We Decide What Your Loved One Actually Needs

A nurse assessing a client at home

Most agencies ask “how many hours do you want?” We think that's backwards. Our process starts with who your loved one is — the Client Intake Form your family completes, covering story, routines, preferences, emotional well-being, diet, and medical history — personally reviewed by our founder. Then a registered nurse assesses needs and safety at home. Only then do we design the plan: personalized timeslots, the right care level, and a hand-selected team. Hours serve the person. Never the other way around.

What families say

“I met Keziah… after my wife of 50 years sustained a serious stroke… I knew immediately that she was a special person… In over 45 years as a practicing physician I had never met any[one] comparable to Keziah in terms of caring, devotion and dedication to her patients. She helped me make those few months I had with my wife tolerable. I will always be in her debt… There could not be a more gifted teacher than Keziah.”
